The neon sign has been tested and works perfectly! You can hear the neon running lightly, but that is normal for an older neon. There are no apparent cracks or breaks in the glass, but there are alot of scratches and crackling in the paint and paint loss on the tubing, please see photo #3 and #5. Please try and zoom in on photo #3 to see scratches in the paint, it was hard to capture on camera. There is some light dust in the crevices, so it will need a light detail.
