Please see video to light flashing. I do not know if it’s supposed to flash or if it’s to stay on solid. There is a string at the bottom that you pull to turn it off and on. It’s not very long. Also note some of the clips are broken and there is some wire holding the sign on. Please see all pictures and ask any questions or for additional pictures.
