The sign is attached to a steel flange base and it was originally mounted to the floor at the Johnny Rockets Restaurant location. This sign was removed from its original restaurant location in good working condition. Subsequently, the sign was placed in storage and has not been reinstalled or its electrical components inspected or tested. The original outer ring of neon tubing is missing from the sign.
