They are used and have no hardware to secure the letters. The letter n, neon is broken and needs to be fixed. The letter r is cracked but is still intact and illuminates. I have taken photos and have included them in the listing. Because of weight and size of letters I have no way to gauge how much it would cost, so to avoid under charging there will be a flat rate.
