Original Antique Maytag Appliances Neon, Storefront Sign, Vintage Advertising

This is an original Maytag Appliances neon sign. This neon piece measures, 23 1/2″ wide x 13 1/2″ tall x 6 1/2 deep. Some of the original black paint is missing off of some of the neon letter and there’s surface rust on the transformer box. There’s also electrical tape covering the power cord. This neon piece is in good working order. Please inspect all pictures and ask all questions prior to purchasing. Vtg Firestone Storefront Backlit Neon Letters Sign Free Shipping

For sale is this Vintage Backlit Neon FIRESTONE Individual Letters Storefront Sign in great condition. The sign is metal on the sides and backs with an acrylic or plastic front. The sign does show normal signs of wear and use including some scuffs, scratches as well as some minor cracks around the trim. The neon and is all there accept in the letter “F” where a portion is missing (see last pic). Each letter has the ballast. The electrical regarding this sign has NOT been tested. 22 Vintage Neon Clock Glo Dial Storefront Neon Sign Clock

While I don’t know the clock’s history, I do feel it was used as part of storefront sign or on a building facade. The clock has minute and hour movement only and runs smoothly and quiet and is clean as seen in the photo with movement cover removed, but should probably have a maintenance cleaning do to it’s age. The dial cover rim has at least 6 or 7 coats of paint of various colors and has it’s patina, and the dial base seems to have been black it’s whole life with far less coats and would benefit from some touch-up to cover of the exposed bare metal. If you feel I missed anything in the description please feel free the ask, I try very hard to cover all the bases as far as condition and take pride when feedback indicates just as described and packed well.
