Meadow Gold Ice Cream Dairy Double Sided Vintage Rare Old 3 Color Neon Sign Soda

This original Meadow Gold ice cream sign came out of a small town in West Virginia and was in storage I believe from the time it was made. It was found in an out building and I do not believe it was ever hung. All the neon is redone and works perfectly. When I went to take the pictures I noticed the green and blue on one side was faint and I will have that repaired next week. They are lighting so I believe it is a transformer or something. All of the glass is intact so it is not a break. I have people who will travel for a price so it is possible that a meeting could be arranged. The sign is currently sitting in Williamstown West Virginia which is on the Ohio border. It is massive and extremely heavy. Only serious inquiries please. It could use a good cleaning, but not having any real experience in or with neon signs, I feel that is something better left to a professional or a new owner. It works beautifully and has even glow. The cord is in great condition. It is missing one rubber foot. I’ve had it for years now and never put it up, so I’d rather have somebody new enjoy it. Features “PUNCHY” who would rather throw a real fist punch then give up his Hawaiian Punch. Those old enough can remember the funny commercials from the 1950’s and 60’s. SPECIAL 1950’s Vintage Foremost Ice Cream Neon Soda Fountain Dairy Sign Orig

1940’s – 50’s Foremost Ice Cream Neon – Custom Frame. Three color neon – blue, tangerine and french vanilla, mounted on custom cast iron frame. Please look at the high res overall and detail photos of neon glass, lighted and not lighted. I have owned this sign for twenty five years and and never had any issues with the neon or glass. The transformer is original. It is 9000 watts, is quiet, and was produced by Jefferson Electric, Cat. There is light resin loss when sign is lighted for extended periods. The chain pulls easily in and out but does not turn the neon on/off – this is a simple switch that is available at Home Depot for a few dollars. The frame is cast iron and designed specifically for this neon. It is very heavy and is beautiful in its own right. This sign can be displayed on a flat surface or hung on the wall. Dimensions: 27 1/2″ W x 14 1/2″ H x 6 1/2 Weight is 22 lb. Thanks for taking time to look. Very Rare Vintage “Enjoy Sprite It’s a Natural Mixer” Motion Light Up Bubbler Advertising piece by NPI Neon Products Incorporated Lima, OH. NPI Neon Products Inc. Started back in the early 1930’s and made illuminated advertising clocks and signs as well as lighted advertising signs like this one. It is captivating and when it warms up the glass of Sprite on the right side starts bubbling like a glass of Sprite would. It really is an awesome vintage collectible. This is one of those difficult to find quality soda advertising pieces for your collection. It reads “Enjoy Sprite It’s a natural mixer” with a picture of a cascading waterfall and a cold glass of sprite complete with ice cubes! The cord is old but in working condition and seems to be in great shape. There are a few scratches/scuffs from being displayed, still displays very nicely! This collectible is in Great to Excellent condition. 12 1/2″ by 7″ tall. Looks awesome when lit up!
