Original Antique 9 Neon TOURIST Sign Double Sided Sign. A great piece of American roadside advertising. Sign originally had neon then was later removed and holes were plugged and painted over that read rooms and the white paint faded off and is back to saying Tourist. Sides of sign are green porcelain with black house paint over them. Sign does have surface rust and some small rust holes toward the bottom but overall extremely solid. This sign is a perfect candidate for new neon. See photos for details, any questions feel free to ask. Up for sale is a vintage Dairy Duchess neon sign. Obviously has some wear. Little rot hole in the bottom corner is the worst part. Neon will need to be re-done. I think this piece would look best leaving the original paint and just adding neon. Measures about 8 feet long by 3 feet tall. Vintage 1940’s Richfield Neon Gas Sign Double Sided, 10 Foot, Motorized

Beautiful 1940s double sided richfield sign, restored a few years ago. Approximately 10 feet tall and 6 feet wide. There are very few of these known to have been made which makes these very rare and collectable. All neon works perfectly and rotating assembly has been rebuilt and all new bearings and seals replaced, perfect showpiece for the neon or car collectors show area. Most of these signs were single sided and most double sided ones were cut in half to make two wall signs. This is the only one I know of to exist. Go to following link to see a video of it. This Double Sided Restaurant Neon sign is all original and is for sure from an era gone by. It is in the original patina that has not been restored. The Neon is gone but there is definitely a story in this sign. You can imagine there were more than one name of this restaurant as the Top area has been painted over and the neon configuration modified. The Restaurant font gives the impression this was a campground or outdoors type of feel to the place. The sign measures 32 high, 6 wide, 11 deep. There are the original hanging brackets that are bolted to the top. True Americana that would look good as is in a kitchen or another restaurant.
