Vintage 1941 Neon COCA COLA Electric Wall Clock FULLY RESTORED COKE Sign

Circa 1941 Coca Cola clock fully refurbished. Immaculate restoration, correct as is possible to make one. Case was sandblasted and correctly repainted in brown wrinkle pain, new clock motor, new neon, new transformer, new cord, reproduction reverse painted glass. Clean as they come and ready to enjoy. The hands and face are original unrestored. The face is absolutely beautiful with only some minor paint deterioration where the neon comes through the face. The case is punched with two original holes, one on the side and one on the top. This was a top adjusting clock so I added a switch in the side hole so that the neon could be turned on and off independent of the clock motor. This is a nice feature if you don’t want the neon running all the time. Clock measure 15.25″ x 15.25″ x 4.75. I have taken out the glass and packaged it separately and installed a piece of cardboard over the clock face. Hands are separated by tissue paper. If you want a dependable and beautiful clean example of this great 1941 clock this one ought to provide years of trouble free service. UP FOR SALE IS AN EXTREMELY RARE AND VERY SCARCE Killer Original Vintage Art Deco Styled 1940s Era CHEVRON CAFE Gas & Oil Service Station Double Sided Porcelain Neon Can With Bullnose Advertising Sign manufactured by the SOUTH BEND NEON COMPANY. MEASUREMENTS OF CAN AS FOLLOWS: 90″ INCHES LONG X 18″ INCHES HIGH X 12 INCHES THICK and. Manufactured by the: SOUTH BEND NEON CO. I cannot find any proof that this “Chevron” sign was indeed of the (Standard Oil Company Of California) but i want to believe that it was.. Great Vintage Condition showing heavy signs of wear which is appropriate with the aging process such as nicks , chips , marks , scratches , rust , and 100% natural beautifully weathered patina which looks incredible!!! The red porcelain on this sign is in excellent condition with hardly any chips but the white porcelain in the letters and stripes is starting to deteriorate in a lot of areas which gives the sign such an amazing patina!!! The solid steel can is solid but it does have a lot of rust on the bottom and the can still retains all of the brackets for hanging which are still solid and sturdy. THE SIGN HAS BEEN FULLY RESTORED ON “BOTH” SIDED!!! I HAVE GUTTED THE ENTIRE SIGN AND THEN COMPLETELY WIRED THE OF THE CAN WITH 25′ FEET OF SILICONE 10kV GTO WIRE AND THEN INSTALLED A “PAIR” OF BRAND NEW 7.5kV ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY TRANSFORMERS , 28 BRAND NEW GLASS SUPPORT BRACKETS , 12 BRAND NEW GLASS INSULATOR HOUSINGS AND ALL 6 OF THE BRAND NEW RED NEON MERCURY GAS LAMP TUBES WHICH ARE VERY BRIGHT FLOURESCENT RED AND NONE OF THE PHOTOS DON’T EVEN GIVE THE “TRUE COLOR” JUSTICE AT ALL!! The clock is approximately 25 in diameter and the outside of waves around the clock is approximately 32 and the depth is 7 1/2 from wall out. Restored last year with neon and motor to run clock so should be set for another 10-20 years. There are fish all around the clock and this clock was in a neon shop in the Florida keys in the 80s and was old then. Please see all pics and ask any questions you may have and thanks for looking. When you turn lights off clock will still run and button to adjust time is on the right side and light switch is on left side. Truly an awesome neon clock.
