1 Vintage McDONALDS Restaurant Golden Arches 23 H Neon Sign PICK UP ONLY

Here is (1) used McDonalds restaurant. Letter “M” Golden Arches 23 height. Capitol letter “M” golden arches. Size: approximately 23″ height x 26.75″ width x 6 depth. Decommissioned McDonald’s Letter used that was installed in the McDonald’s restaurant. I have two of these. This is the beat up one with dents. This is a used letter so it is in used shape. The letter still has the original neon inside. This is an untested neon. No wires that I could see on the neon. It needs a ballast I guess in order to power it. The letter “M” outer shell is made of metal. The front letter cover is made of plastic. The plastic has gold trim. The original screws are here for the plastic front cover. Condition: The outer front plastic letter cover is in mostly good shape. One bottom edge of the gold trim is slightly loose and needs mending (see photo). There are some light marks on the plastic and some light abrasions to the plastic gold trim and letter. The metal housing / casing has a large dent on the top of one arch. This might be correctible in repair. I don’t repair anything. It isn’t brittle. This was most likely the inside store letter from the wall. The mounting wall screws are still attached on the back. No lighting rig wires or ballast. The metal outer casing is in good shape as well. There are a few light scuffs but no major wear. Light rust inside the metal letter casing. Light paint or other on the back (see photo) metal housing. Some scratches on the paint on the back and on the sides. It isn’t mint! It isn’t a new letter. Light rust inside the metal letter casing. Light paint or other on the back (see photo) metal housing. Some scratches on the paint on the back. It isn’t mint! It isn’t a new letter. VTG Original Breakfast Neon Diner Restaurant Sign Restored Rebuilt Galvanneal

This sign was completely rebuilt around the 2 “Breakfast” faces that were a recent barn find. Red neon is all new, as is the entire can and transformer. The faces were hand painted on galvanneal, which paint notoriously peels from. For this reason, both sides have been coated with a clear satin enamel to prevent further peeling. As you can see from the photos, the paint on one side has peeled considerably more than on the other. The faces are most likely from the late 50s, early 60s. Sign is double sided, and measures approx. 14″ tall (not including eye hooks), 8″ deep (no including glass), and 4′ wide. Please contact me with any questions before purchasing. Circa early 1960’s. Fabulous vintage neon S urf sign! This sign measures a generous five (5) feet long, by 2 feet tall. This sign was meticulously custom hand made, right here. On the Jersey Shore, back in the late 50’s or early 60’s.. Very heavy, and extremely well constructed. Has the original neon transformer and wiring inside, and a spot light fixture on the top! The original neon bulbs are all broken. And the neon white letter “F” part. Shown in photos is now missing. Since it fell out and broke even more after moving the sign around. The sign itself was well taken care of, and all the metal is in great condition! What a terrific and rare, vintage. Sign, for repair, or hang and use it as is!
