Constructed of a metal cabinet with reverse painted glass sign face. Illuminated by a yellow neon tube with transformer and works well. The motor that drives the outer perforated ring behind the glass that makes the neon appear to flash on and off, drawing your eye towards the sign is in need of repair or replacement, as it does not operate. The sign displays nicely but naturally shows areas of wear and tear and patina from age and use. The red reverse paint near the eagle at center is flaking off. The cord is shot and would certainly need to be replaced before use, as it is dangerous, degraded and bare in areas. All told a super rare and super cool old sign that with a little restoration would likely be the centerpiece of your collection!
