An innner neon which is whte to illuminate the artwork and an outer rim neon which is yellow, it’s actually much more yellow than the photo below is hard to see the 2 neons do to glare but this truly is an awesome neon clock, unlike the other cheap clocks on the market, this is the top of the line and you get an inner and outer neon tubing with this clock.
