This neon sign has never been opened. The box itself has some wear. There is a small area on the back of the box that allows you to test the sign which I have done on picture 8. The sign turns on with no issues. The very last picture is one I found on the internet showing exactly what the neon looks like (only the GameCube sign is included in this listing, not the Playstation sign).
