Vintage Johnson Outboard Motor Lighted Sign Boating Fishing Advertising NEON Co

Measurements: 50 3/8″ L, 14 1/4″ W, 3 1/2 H. We did significant repairs to plastic cover. 2 wide White Gorilla Tape was used the entire lengths of top and bottom curved sides of cover. 2 wide transparent tape was used on inside of cover midsection or face which is the part that is lit up by 2 fluorescent bulbs. The inside case was sanded and spray painted with white enamel. The taped sides of cover panel slide into a metal channel and end pieces are screwed on so this item is very sound and secure as it was from factory. We have tested item by leaving it plugged in for 6 hours and all taped areas are good. Rare Vintage Neon Porcelain Fishing Sign Marine Sales Boat Motor Gas Oil 2 Cycle

Here is a one of a kind double sided Porcelain Neon Sign from Duluth Minnesota. I believe Sivertson fishing is still in business under a different name. I was told it needed a few things to make it work. One tube was recently broke before I bought it so that need to be fixed, one side works but other side needs a new power supply wire and it needs a neon tube holder to hold neon tube in place. Not sure what color it is but my guess is red. Both sides are in good condition with one side having a dent on bottom and a bullett hole and some chipping. Other side is very nice. Can is solid but could use a paint job if it’s going back outside. Sign must have been under an overhang based on condition. This is the only one in the world so if you own a resort or a cabin on a lake this sign would be unbelievable lit up at night. Please view pictures as they are part of the description. Possible I could drive to Minneapolis for a negotiated price. Measures 10 ft by 4 feet tall. Myself and the previous owner loaded it in my cube van. It’s heavy but not bad considering the size. Don’t miss this rare sign. I can only imagine what it would cost today to make this! You can’t find anything like it for this price! Rare Vintage Neon Porcelain Fishing Sign Marine Sales Boat Motor Gas Oil 2 Cycle
