The clock, neon, and advertising roller all work but do make a little noise, although I have read that this is common for these clocks. This unit has been sitting for years as you can see by the old advertisements still located on the roller. I would suggest lubing the movements and a cleaning. The reverse paint on the glass is starting to fall off, but should be a simple fix for someone with a little skill. Very good looking clock and perfect for display in a shop where automotive and gas & oil is the main focus. Measurements are approximately 22″ x 14″ x 10.
