Fantastic large vintage CHEVROLET dealership clock with powder blue body and yellow glass front trim. White neon light illuminates from the outer edge. Dealership nameplate: “Sutherland Chevrolet Nicholasville, KY”. Stunning wall piece or hanging piece for your garage or collection! Double line Chevrolet bowtie logo. Face has some mottling which hints at the age of this Authentic vintage piece. Glass is removable if you choose to clean the face. This item has had previous restoration work. This is a 100% original double sided Chevrolet porcelain neon sign that was removed from a dealership in Louisiana. This will be the absolute highlight piece in any major car collection or museum… Whether a general car collection, or a Chevrolet museum… This is the sign that will get more attention than a car! The sign itself is 33-feet long by 11-feet tall and is in incredible condition with no significant porcelain damage and still retains excellent gloss and color. This is an original sign designed for neon, each letter would have triple stroke neon tubing with a border going around the entire bowtie. The sign needs the neon redone on it, serious buyers can contact me and the neon could be redone for a negotiated cost. The sign is currently on a brand new 7ft x 22ft heavy equipment trailer with two 7k pound axles. The trailer was built for this sign to be hauled without the need for any oversize permits. The sign on the trailer is only 13’2 tall, making it legal to haul without permits. This thing can go anywhere that a semi or RV can go! Vintage 1950s McColister Chevrolet Dallas Dealer Advertising Neon Clock Sign

Shows some wear for its age. The front glass lens is missing. I recently had the neon tubing replaced and it looks great. The clock works and keeps accurate time when tested. It still has the original pin and knob to adjust the time. Some of the paint is flaking on the outer frame and has worn away. Not many of these were made and even fewer have survived. Measures approximately 20″ in diameter and about 6″ deep. This is the way that I found it all original aside from having the neon tubing replaced. Huge Vintage 1950’s Chevrolet 2 Sided 25′ Neon Porcelain Metal Gas Oil Sign

For your consideration a vintage 1950’s sign. The sign is made of metal and is double sided. The signs have a porcelain finish and are made to be neon lit. The glass neon tubes for the letters are missing. Each side has three porcelain panels that make up Chevrolet. The transformers look to be complete and the body of the sign is still in good condition. The porcelain signs are still in good condition and there is no touch up. They could use a good cleaning. It measures overall with the mounting brackets 45″ in depth by 285″ in height. The body with the porcelain signs measures 280 1/2″ in height by 34″ in depth by 14 1/2 in width. The hanging bracket on the top measures 42 across. I can store the sign for as long as needed as long as it is paid for. It is in Crawfordsville, Indiana zip code 47933. It originally hung in front of City Chevrolet in Chicago’s famous auto row. An excellent addition to any advertising collection or if you just want to own a really neat old sign and a great piece of history.
