This is a fun star sheet metal blinking sign. The sign is two sided and alternates from red to white or clear when blinking. The star is from the mid 1900’s and is in sturdy condition. It mounts from the bottom pointing up, could mount the other direction if you so desire. These types of advertising devices were used to draw attention to another sign and were frequently mounted on top of another sign. Fun item in as found working condition. The star is 33″ tall x 18″ wide x 10 1/4 deep. We checked all the electronics and it operates nicely.
