Old Original 1950’s Interstate Restaurant Vintage Neon Porcelain Sign Vintage. Made by Acme Wiley of Chicago. About 32 Tall x 8′ Wide. Sign is porcelain, and was originally a neon sign. The semi truck was added. Restaurant is BLUE neon, Truck is white, Hot Pink, and Green. It works just fine and looks “FANTASTIC” in person. Sign has a new can, new glass, etc. We can get it anywhere in the US 48. In the last few years Ive gotten more aggressive about collecting Double Cola and Original Neon signs. Vintage Porcelain Neon Rambler Automotive Dealership Sign from the 1950s

This is an Original, Vintage, Porcelain Neon Automotive Dealership Sign from the 1950’s for Rambler Automobiles. This is a single-sided sign. The porcelain finish on the sign is beautiful, with only a few very small chips on the perimeter of the sign. The porcelain is day-one bright and glossy. There has been absolutely NO clear-coat or touch-up paint or “juice” or wax applied to the porcelain. What you see is what you get. The neon was new when I stored the sign 10 years ago, so it could use a little black-out paint in some places. The neon on the perimeter of the sign is ruby red, and the neon on the letters is bright green. The neon glows bright and constant. This sign looks stunning either lighted or unlighted. The can of the sign was made about 10 years ago and is in great shape. It is constructed from galvanized steel and is very well made. The measurements of this sign are 160″ long, 21″ wide, and 12 deep (including the neon). I can also hold onto the sign for 90 days if you need that. I suggest contacting me ahead of time to work this out and tell me your intentions. Huge Vintage 1950's Chevrolet 2 Sided 25' Neon Porcelain Metal Gas Oil Sign

For your consideration a vintage 1950’s sign. The sign is made of metal and is double sided. The signs have a porcelain finish and are made to be neon lit. The glass neon tubes for the letters are missing. Each side has three porcelain panels that make up Chevrolet. The transformers look to be complete and the body of the sign is still in good condition. The porcelain signs are still in good condition and there is no touch up. They could use a good cleaning. It measures overall with the mounting brackets 45″ in depth by 285″ in height. The body with the porcelain signs measures 280 1/2″ in height by 34″ in depth by 14 1/2 in width. The hanging bracket on the top measures 42 across. I can store the sign for as long as needed as long as it is paid for. It is in Crawfordsville, Indiana zip code 47933. It originally hung in front of City Chevrolet in Chicago’s famous auto row. An excellent addition to any advertising collection or if you just want to own a really neat old sign and a great piece of history.
