The actual glass tube size will be smaller than the backing size. Material: The neon signs are hand-bent from real gas-filled glass tubes. They are not plastic LED. Installation: Metal backing or acrylic backboard have a chain for hanging. We can accept change color if you want. The backboard is shown in the image. Metal grid and acrylic backing are available. If you still need the sign, we will send you a new replacement parts (new neon tube) for FREE, and also enclose an instruction to help you to easily replace the broken tube.
