Vintage c1980s genuine original Budweiser Bow Tie Neon Sign USA. Very collectible bow tie shape. 72.5cm x 48cm. This forms part of a large collection of vintage breweryana from a collector who worked in the trade during his lifetime. He had a great eye and managed to save/keep some great finds. This is an amazing decorative piece, perfect for a man cave, pub, bar. The light switches on, however, it only flickers and the neon tube is broken in one place. It will need repair. The bow tie is a strong bright red colour and the lettering is in white. This is offered for collection from the Bognor Regis area in West Sussex on the south coast (preferred). Thank you for looking! We have for sale a beautiful neon Budweiser sign. This piece is double sided and used to hang on the front of my uncle’s bar here in Phoenix. It sat in storage for the last 25 years or so, and as he has recently passed away we are trying to find new homes for some of his collection. This is just the beginning as he owned a few bars in the phoenix area. Measures approx 48″ x 18″ not including the metal pieces that held it to the building. Light chipping (and scratches) where there neon once was. No major dents, superb condition as pictured! I would be the transformer is good but I do not know for a fact. My aunt did say that she remembered it working on the side of the bar. Please feel free to ask any additional questions or for more pics of specific parts etc. The entire weight and dimensions for packaging purposes are 60×17.5×20.25 85lbs. It’s a 12 foot sign, 4 foot tall. Firestone sign is porcelain and exterior side is stainless steel sheeting. Original neon sign, very old, I’m thinking 30s-50s from how the neon connects up. This sign had damage to the white “wings”. I ended up remaking that part out of steel and painting them white/red/and cleared. Where needed, I replaced damaged stainless steel panels. I also added some framing into the back for hanging the sign. I’m away for a few weeks over Christmas but will finish up work on it on my return. I’m also enclosing here one picture with the same sign with neon on it, just so you can see what it would look like. This is absolutely one of the most beautiful and rarest Vintage advertising Neon Clocks from the 40s. Headlight Work Clothes were produced in Detroit before merging with Crown overalls and then in the 60s was bought out by Carhartt. Headlight clothes were specially marketed to Trainmen and these clothes are highly sought after today and are highly Collectable. This clock has had its electric transformer replace along with a new cord by a Professional Neon craftsmen. The original transformer is still mounted in the clock but not hooked up anymore. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful clock. The clock keeps very good time. Where are you going to find another one in this condition? Cant hold on to everything. All original 1950’s Schmidt’s One Beautiful Beer! Glass neon tube unfortunately has a small break in the bottom of the letter “M” in the part connecting to the letter “I” (see photos 7 & 8). I did plug it in and it partially lit up. The bottom red lines came on a bit, but I did not leave it plugged in long because I noticed the damage to the cord (zoom in to photo 4). Despite this issue, it still displays great as is, even without lighting her up. Many nice pieces including signs, bottles, cans, clocks, beer taps, and other advertising breweriana memorabilia. If you are a Schmidt collector, or just a fan of advertising and beer stuff in general, be sure to check out my other listings! There are pieces from all of the different Schmidt breweries/companies including Schmidt of Philadelphia, Wisconsin, Jacob Schmidt of St. Paul Minnesota, Fuhrmann & Schmidt out of Shamokin PA, Christian Schmidt, etc. There are also various items with the “Schmidt” name which are non-related to the beer company such as milk bottles and a few other pieces.
