Vintage 1940’s -1950’s Neon Lighted Bulb Chicken Diner Double sided Sign. You are looking at a very nice Double sided lighted neon Chicken Sign. This item , along with an old malt and hamburgers neon sign, came from a diner in South Carolina that went out of business about 30 years ago. This item is very unique because it is lined with bulbs along the edges of both sides. 3 of the sockets on this sign wont work when I screw a bulb in, but I believe it is just a loose Wire. Item measures 54-30-11 in. Not including mounting arms. This item is also neon but the glass is missing. This sign has the original cast iron mounting brackets. There are some dents , and fading to the paint, on this piece but overall it is very solid. The original neon transformer is still in this neon as seen in pictures. This would look stunning in a restaurant or whatever else you might need it for.
