Vintage MILLER LITE BEER “True To Texas” Neon Beer Sign. This vintage sign looks awesome, like it belongs above the bar in an old Texas honky tonk or South Texas saloon. This sign is in authentically aged vintage condition and appears to have been quite well used over the years. This would make an excellent addition to any Texas beer collection, dive bar, or even a movie prop collection. It works perfectly and comes right on when you plug it in. Couldn’t get the pull string to do anything but all you have to do is plug it in and it fires right up. It does show its age in many ways, including the fading on the Yellow tubing (I have taken close-ups of this- photos #4, 7, & 8). Also pretty much all of the blackout paint has flaked off (the paint which covers the neon tubing between letters and the backs of the tubes). The frame has a bit of rust on it. All of this adds to the vintage look of the sign and gives it the look of a true survivor. It should also be noted that all of this wear is completely cosmetic and will not effect the function of the sign at all. It should hold up in this condition just fine for years to come (all of this wear occurred while the sign was exposed to the elements in a bar). This sign is pretty huge, measuring about 36″ wide X 19″ tall X 5 deep, and will seriously light up a room! Sticker on the back states it was made in 2001. And keep in mind, this is an authentic, heavy duty, fully licensed MILLER LITE Neon Sign.. Item will be professionally packaged and insured just in case.
