Vintage 1980s Moosehead neon beer sign still in its original crate! Very rare and even more so being in its original crate. This mother of all collectible neon beer signs has been stored for over 20 years. It has four beautiful colors of white, yellow, green and red that are powerfully amped up by the two large transformers or ballasts. Glass tubes are filled with neon. Photos do not due justice to this fabulous and magnificent sign. Each transformer has its own grounded plug! This is a QUALITY USA item from a US neon company. Not a cheap Chinese knockoff with painted plastic tubes. Approximately 24 in H x 22 in W. Weighs almost 50 pounds in its crate. Big dent in box. 1940s Double Sided, Double Bull Nose, Neon Moose Lodge Sign. Neon is there, but is broken in Three places. There’s enough there that the Original Tubing could be repaired. Original Transformer and Insulators are inside. Measures 50 x 14″ x 8″ (12 with Neon). The paint has Fantastic Patina to it. Would look Awesome lit up. Original Hangers are intact as well. Vintage 1940s 4 Neon Moose Club Sign Painted Metal Bar, Fraternal Oneida Ny. Measuring 4 foot long 12 inches tall and 8 inches deep this neon metal Oneida New York Moose club sign hung outside the local fraternal organization for 50+ years. Made of metal painted green this nostalgic sign would be great for the man cave or for the neon sign collector. It runs on 110 hardwired. And has the original brackets for hanging still attached. Please be sure to view my photos. They are part of the description. The sign does power up. However the letter M in the neon is cracked. To use this is a neon sign you will have to have the neon fixed. However the transmitter is in good working order inside the sign. Information on the Oneida Moose Club. The only item Moose club was originally located on Broad Street in Oneida up until the early to mid-1940s. Its been moved to Genesee Street into a new building in 1945. I do believe this sign was hung at the original building on Broad Street and brought to be hung outside the new building on Genesee Street in the early to mid-1940s. Dating it back to at least 1945.
