Vintage NY lottery neon sign. Sign is in working condition. Only issue is it doesn’t have two plastic pieces that hold neon ring from floating left to right. But with that said I have fixed it so that it’s working and functional without having to worry about it moving.

Illinois Lottery Play Here Neon Sign 23″x15″x4. Sign does have some wear/chipping on the black background near the’P’,’L’,’R’ and on top right corner. 1 inch scratch on yellow pot of gold. The bulb has not been changed. Cord is over 7ft and has a switch. Sign has mounting holes on the back for wall hanging and has two chain hooks on top to hang with a chain. This sign originally hung in Mulgrew’s Tavern in East Dubuque, Illinois.
