It has some minor rust but it is solid, and as you can see there is a break in the blue tube at 7 o’clock, the cord is toasted so you might need a new one, measures 5″ thick, the OD is 17″, it has a nice look, would look great restored, this was found in an old garage sitting on a shelf.
